Green Tea
Green tea contains caffeine, though generally less than coffee and black tea. An 8-ounce (240 ml) cup of green tea typically has about 20-45 milligrams of caffeine, depending on factors like the tea's variety, preparation method, and steeping time. This amount provides a mild boost in alertness and energy, without the jitteriness or crash often associated with higher caffeine beverages. Green tea's moderate caffeine content, combined with L-theanine, an amino acid that promotes relaxation, can offer a balanced stimulant effect that supports focus and mental clarity.

HEALTH HACK
Salty HydrationSodium is vital for hydration. In the foods I eat theres not much salt in anything. When eating mostly whole foods, adding salt needs to be a conscious effort in order to stay hydrated. Especially is you exercise; the more you sweat, the more sodium you lose. Put it back in with your food!
