Energy Boost, Bottling & Habits

  • 2 min read

Hello Booyah Drinkers!

Welcome back to another edition of the Booyah Buzz, your go-to source for the latest in health tips and Booyah updates. This week, we’re exploring our energy boosting kombucha flavour, what's happening with our bottling and some thoughts on your January habits. Additionally teaching you a science backed breathing technique to alleviate stress.

By the way: We have happily washed and recycled your Booyah bottles since the beginning. Unfortunately it's becoming counterproductive for us at our current size so we ask you kindly to recycle / repurpose your Booyah bottles yourself from now on. LOYALTY CARDS will be now be stamped based on bought bottles rather than bottles returned.

  1. Why we call Lemon & Ginger: Energy Boost

Lemons are rich in vitamin C, which plays a crucial role in energy production at the cellular level. Ginger contains gingerol, a bioactive compound known to improve digestion and reduce fatigue by enhancing blood circulation. Together, they make a powerful duo for combating winter sluggishness.

  1. Bottling Bonanza

We have recently achieved a significant milestone in our business in outsourcing our bottling and packaging. This saves us an enormous amount of time and labour for us at HQ. Don't you worry we're still making the batches however we can now send it off for the time consuming part.
We've listened to the customers who've said the caps are too tight and the shink wrap is annoying to get off. We have new cap for kombucha. Unfortunately this means that we cant't personally recycle your bottle as previous. That being said please use your own recycling as the whole bottle is recyclable. Check out some video on what has been happening with our bottles here.

  1. Habits in January

We all start January with the best of intentions, but let’s be honest – it’s all too easy to give in when the days are dark, the weather’s grim, and a cuppa with a biscuit feels far more inviting than a workout. The trick is not to aim for perfection but to make small, manageable changes that don’t feel like a chore. Maybe it’s swapping sugary drinks for a refreshing kombucha, cooking up hearty stews packed with veg, or simply getting out for a brisk walk. The little things add up, and it’s about progress, not perfection. At Booyah, we’re here to help keep you motivated with delicious, healthy options that fit effortlessly into your day. Stick with it – spring isn’t far off!
