Winter weather has definitely set itself in! Booyah has made a few adjustments accordingly. Orange & Cinnamon, Wellbeing Burst Kombucha has hit the season and everyone is loving it during this time of year!

Try this recipe:
ROAST: Garlic, Red Pepper, Pumpkin, Onion & Carrots
Make sure you roast them salty in some black pepper and paprika.
BLEND
All the roasted veg. Especially the crispy bits in the bottom of the baking tray.
STIR
Into bone broth or any broth for that matter
Absolutely phenomenal.
P.S if making your own bone broth, add a little apple cider vinegar to the water to extract more collagen from the bones; great for your own connective tissue when consumed.
