Cinnamon is often discussed in relation to blood sugar levels because it contains bioactive compounds that may have effects on glucose metabolism. Some studies suggest that cinnamon can improve insulin sensitivity, which might help the body use insulin more effectively. Oranges provide health benefits by being rich in vitamin C, and fiber. Vitamin C supports the immune system and acts as an antioxidant, while fiber aids digestion and helps maintain regular bowel movements. Additionally, oranges contain various other nutrients like potassium and folate, contributing to overall well-being.
◄Are your products safe to consume while pregnant?
Although our kombucha is completely safe and it is good to have probiotics and antioxidants when you are pregnant, NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) recommend not to have raw products of any kind during pregnancy or breast feeding. Always with check with your doctor.
◄How long do your products last?
Booyah’s Raw Kombucha will last 6 months in the fridge. However once opened you should consume the remaining bottle within 2 weeks.
◄Can I recycle the packaging?
If you are able to return our bottles to our brewery then we can recycle the bottles and you can get discounts on more of our products. Some of our trade distributors also collect empty bottles for you to drop and we’ll pick them up ourselves. To recycle on your own terms, the bottle and cap is fully recyclable.
