Welcome back to Christmas edition of the Booyah Buzz, your go-to source for the latest in health tips and Booyah updates. This week, we’re thanking you for your continuous love and support, wrapping up our year and letting you know an extremely fresh way to start your 2025.

  1. 2024 Wrap Up

Booyah has undergone steep growth this year. Here's a little recap:

  • Booyah Vitality Trading Limited enters its 4th year
  • Trained our new Brewer: George
  • Tibby joined the team: Our Accounts Manager
  • Leon moved into full time marketing
  • Brand refresh including label redesign 
  • New website
  • Helped hundreds feel better by improving gut health and reducing inflammation 
  • Achieved and retained a 66% return customer rate
  • Completely revamped our social media game
  • Added Booyah Orange and Cinnamon Kombucha to our Great Taste Award winning products totalling 5 Great Taste Awards
  • Became a Great Taste Award Producer

Not a bad year! However, 2025 will dwarf 2024 for Booyah. Developing a healthier tomorrow one delicious taste at a time.

Kick off 2025 with an invigorating New Year’s Day swim! Cold water dips are a fantastic way to awaken your senses, boost circulation, and set a positive, refreshing tone for the year ahead. Whether you're diving into the sea or a local lake, this bracing ritual is the perfect way to embrace new beginnings. I've found an excuse each year but this year I'm committing. Without a wetsuit.

You've just gone 8 hours without any water. Before you reach for caffeine that is going to dehydrate you further; pause. Try sink a big glass of water, a bottle of kombucha or a herbal tea. It will 
wake up your metabolism, gets your digestion going, and gives your brain a proper boost.
