Additionally, ginger has anti-inflammatory effects that contribute to overall well-being. Lemons provide health benefits by being rich in vitamin C, which supports the immune system and acts as an antioxidant. They also contain fiber, aiding digestion, and various other nutrients like potassium.
◄Are your products safe to consume while pregnant?
Kombucha being a fermented tea, contains small amounts of alcohol (up to 0.5%) and low levels of caffeine. If not prepared properly, it can produce harmful bacteria. Due to these factors and individual sensitivities during pregnancy, it's best for pregnant women to consult their healthcare provider before consuming kombucha.
◄How long do your products last?
Booyah’s Raw Kombucha will last 6 months in the fridge. However once opened you should consume the remaining bottle within 2 weeks.
◄Can I recycle the packaging?
If you are able to return our bottles to our brewery then we can recycle the bottles and you can get discounts on more of our products. Some of our trade distributors also collect empty bottles for you to drop and we’ll pick them up ourselves. To recycle on your own terms, the bottle and cap is fully recyclable.
