  • 2 min read
Hello Booyah Drinkers!

Great week at Booyah producing a brand new batch of Cucumber, Mint & Lime: Triple Detox Kombucha. Also new Turmeric & Ginger Power Shot made and bottled!
Additionally Phoebe and myself banked another podcast on Tuesday. New social media clips will be out all this coming week.
  1. Vagus Nerve

The vagus nerve connects your brain to your gut, when it’s activated, it can create a sense of intuition or instinct, often referred to as a “gut feeling.” This strong mind-body connection is why we sometimes physically feel emotions like anxiety or excitement in our stomach. Look after your gut and that will support the vagus nerve looking after you!

  1. Stoptober

For those individuals holding back the booze this October; try swap the beer or wine for a glass of kombucha. Now I'm not a teetotal saint myself, however taking a month off the poison and adding vitality with some good kombucha definitely serves the body well. If there is no quality kombucha served at your favourite bar/restaurant then ask their staff! If you're a homebody most of the time then make sure you have your daily dose in the fridge ready to go.

Turmeric Power ShotLemon & Ginger Energy Boost Kombucha and Honey sell out in Local Greengrocers and health food shops every time the weather turns chilly. Get yourself and your family ahead of the surge of colds and flu's by boosting your immune system. If its too late and you already have the lurgy, you already know Booyah is going to fix you up fast!

HEALTH HACK

Sunrise Alarm Clock
I cannot think of anything worse than starting my day with the violent beeping of an iPhone alarm. Spend the £15-£20 to be woken up with a gradual sunrise followed by some kind of noise to wake you like birds tweeting or the radio. WAY better start to the day.
